Given the ‘State of Emergency’ announcement, our popular barbecue/picnic in Takashi Ryokuchi Park in Toyohashi, will not take place as indicated on the 31st of May. Subject to an improvement in the situation we will look at holding a similar meeting at a later point in the fall. We look forward to seeing everyone there and to a great reunion after living through these trying times.

As for future events, we are planning a link-up by ‘Zoom’ (video-conferencing) in June to share our experiences of language learning and teaching with limited ‘face to face’ contact. The date and time will be announced later in May. Please keep and eye out on Facebook, email, or website for future announcements. As the meeting in being planned, please let us know if you have a particular date (Saturday or Sunday) in June which is not good for you to attend, please let us know by 17th May or as soon as possible.
